Where Do You Deliver?

We currently deliver across the UAE via our trusted courier partners. In the future, we aim to expand our delivery services to other GCC countries and beyond.

 

How Much is the Delivery Charge?

A flat delivery fee of 30 AED is applicable for all orders below AED 99 across the UAE.

 

Delivery Address

We can ship to one address per order. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. Ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and within the UAE.

 

How Long Does It Take?

Prints (e.g., photo prints, Canvas, T-shirt and Mugs): Typically, 3 to 4 working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Other Products: Generally, 5 to 7 working days. In case of unexpected delays beyond our control, we will notify you in advance. We strive to ensure timely deliveries to the best of our ability.

 

What If I Am Not Satisfied with the Quality?

We take pride in the love our customers have for our products. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality or did not receive what was described, we are here to assist. You can reach out to us at hello@epicgifts.com or send us a WhatsApp message with details of your concerns.

As all our products are personalized, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds after purchase completion. However, we will gladly work with you to fix any issues or provide a replacement.

 

For Bulk Orders

If you are interested in placing a bulk order (at least 10 copies of the same item), we would be happy to discuss discounted rates.
